Orders under £100 will be sent via Royal Mail and are charged at £4.00. 

Orders over £100 are free delivery for the UK and will either be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD. You will be sent the information in your dispatch notification. 

International delivery is a flat rate of £12.00.

All our items are made to order, especially for you in our small studio. For this reason all items are non-refundable. Please make sure you thoroughly check our size guides and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. 

The current making timeframe can be seen in the product description, but please do contact us if you have any specific requirements and we will try our best to accommodate if possible. 

All our items are designed and made in our small studio on the Isle of Wight. We pride ourselves on having beautiful items made-to-order in England. I am a bridal seamstress and spend a lot of time altering bridal gowns from lots of different designers. This is a massive perk for you as I've thought about this during the design process- all our dresses are easy to alter and amend so your bridal seamstress won't have any tricky problems. 

When you receive your dress, be sure to hang it up in a pet-free (and fiancé free) room, away from a window. 

If you steam your dress, do this the night before the wedding and allow it time to cool. Top tip: put a white sock on your steamer to avoid any spitting on your dress. 

Please make sure you have your dress cleaned professionally.
